  • What areas do you service for Photography?

    Strauss Media Co. is based in Savannah, Georgia and is currently serving Bluffton, Hilton Head, Beaufort (and Sea Islands), and Savanah GA.

  • Are you available to travel for hotel or hospitality collaborations?

    I absolutely do! I love working with properties in new destinations. Please reach out with details about your property and goals, and I’ll be happy to share more information.

  • What types of content do you provide for hotels?

    I specialize in professional photography, drone imagery, and lifestyle content that showcases your rooms, amenities, and the surrounding landscape. I also capture lifestyle shots with people to bring your property to life, and short-form video or reels can be included for social media.

  • Do you offer drone photography?

    Yes! I am an FAA Part 107 certified drone pilot and can provide aerial images and video.

  • Do I need to prepare the home before the shoot?

    Yes! Turning on all lights, decluttering surfaces, and making beds will help the photos look their best. (See my Pre-Shoot Checklist for tips.)

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    Payment is due at booking and can be made online via credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Discover Diners, JCB, UnionPay International.)

  • What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

    Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 3 hours in advance. If notice is given less than 3 hours before the shoot, a $50 cancellation fee may apply. In the case of a no-show (if I arrive and cannot complete the shoot due to access issues or the property not being ready), a $75 fee will be charged. If severe weather impacts drone or exterior photography, we’ll reschedule at no additional cost.
