Terms & Conditions

By booking and paying for services through this website, you agree to the following terms set by Ryan Strauss Photography LLC:

1. Scope of Work

The Photographer agrees to provide real estate photography services for the Client at the specified property address.

2. Delivery of Images

Edited images will be delivered within 2 business days via an online gallery for viewing and download.

3. Usage Rights

Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the images solely for marketing the property. This includes websites, social media, MLS listings, print advertisements, and other promotional materials related to the sale or rental of the property.

4. Copyright

All images remain the sole copyright of Ryan Strauss Photography LLC. Images may not be sold, licensed, or transferred to third parties without written consent from the Photographer.

5. Payment Terms

Full payment is due at the time of booking. No images will be delivered until payment is received.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 3 hours in advance. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a $50 cancellation fee. IIn the case of a no-show (if I arrive and cannot complete the shoot due to access issues or the property not being ready), a $75 fee will be charged. If severe weather impacts drone or exterior photography, we’ll reschedule at no additional cost.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Photographer is not responsible for:

• Delays caused by weather, unprepared properties, or other factors beyond their control.

• The Client's dissatisfaction with the appearance of the property due to staging or cleanliness issues.
